Kichijitsu Calendar API（以下「本API」）を購読または利用することにより、お客様（以下「ユーザー」）は、本利用規約（以下「本規約」）に同意したものとみなします。本APIは 株式会社おまじない（omajinai.co.jp） により提供されます。
1. License and Use（ライセンスと利用）

• Grant of License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the API in accordance with your subscribed plan (e.g., Free/Lite, Pro, Ultra) on the RapidAPI platform.
• Plan Limitations: Your usage is subject to request limits, rate limits, and data access permissions based on your active plan.
• Commercial Use: Use of the API in any commercial product, app, or service requires a Pro or Ultra subscription.

• Reverse-Engineer: Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or discover underlying data files or algorithms.
• Bypass Limitations: Attempt to bypass rate limits, usage restrictions, or authentication.
• Data Scraping: Use the API for mass data scraping or to create a complete public mirror of the dataset.
• Unauthorized Sharing: Share your API key or token with third parties.
• Illegal Use: Use the API or its data for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity.

• 制限回避: サブスクリプションプランのレート制限・機能制限を回避する行為。
• データスクレイピング: 本APIを用いて大量のデータ収集・公開ミラーの作成を行うこと。
• APIキーの不正共有: 発行されたAPIキーまたはトークンを第三者と共有、貸与、販売すること。
• 違法・不正利用: 本APIまたはデータを、違法・有害・詐欺的な目的で利用すること。
3. Data and Disclaimers（データと免責事項）

• Informational Use: The API provides data based on traditional Japanese almanacs and fortune-telling systems. The data is offered “as is” for informational, cultural, and entertainment purposes only.
• No Warranty: We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data.
• Data Updates: Almanac and fortune data may be revised over time.
• Service Availability: We strive for stable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

5. Termination（契約の解除）
ユーザーが本規約に違反した場合、または不正利用が確認された場合、当社は事前通知なしで即時にアクセスを停止または契約を解除することができます。
6. Changes to Terms（規約の変更）
当社は必要に応じて本規約を改定することがあります。変更後も本APIを利用した場合、ユーザーは改定後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
